The Gourmet Tradition: I had the pleasure of sipping on the most exquisite cocktail during my stay, a masterpiece that blended the flavors of Rubinelli Vajol Brandy, "Le Vaglie" Bitter, homemade rosemary syrup, and lime juice. This drink truly embodied the gourmet tradition of the area and the hotel, a sensory delight that left me craving for more.

Parking charges: The only drawback I could find was the 40 EURO per day parking fee.

the breakfast offered a wide range of perfect meals. the rooms with amazing views, a comfy balcony facing to the mountain view and the bar were elegant and fairly quiet.

The rooms are spacious, with very cozy beds, featuring smoke detectors and a well-maintained private bathroom.

Beautiful spot, nice attentive staff ,good food , all good probably even more fun in the winter, nice.

just the price, we had too pay extra for a suite with a view, a suite room should always have a view, so important to check this as your booking only says suite room but the hotel mailed me back and said 70 euros more for the room with a view which I paid and we got the view ,but it annoyed me !!!!

The staff is good but the service was a bit too much. As soon as I finished my plate there was someone grabbing it off the table- just a bit too much, felt like we were being watched.

What a luxurious stay! We had an amazing experience at this resort. the staff at Cristallo were extremely friendly and efficient. the rooms were very comfortable and clean, with splendid mountain views. the breakfast was delicious, with a wide range of options. We also enjoyed the talented piano man at the lobby in the evenings. the shuttle service was the best we've ever seen, and the concierge was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area. Cons: Nothing to be said. .

We enjoyed the complementary chocolates and water bottles in our room and the Easter eggs at breakfast were a nice touch. the location had great views of the mountains and was close to some good hiking trails. the spa services were relaxing and rejuvenating.

The staff seemed a bit disorganized and slow. We had to wait a long time to check in and there was confusion about our room reservation.
